The harbour is at Kommandonek Resort in Kosmos, not at the Zoo & Snake Park. If you're less than an hour from your sailing, don't take the Hartbeespoort tunnel: it runs one way at a time.

Arrive an hour early
Check-in and boarding start 60 minutes before you sail. Late guests can't be held for.
Ages
Children from 6. Under-12s wear a life jacket for the whole cruise, and under-16s sail with an adult.
Food and drink
Every boat is a licensed venue, so no outside food, drinks or cooler boxes. There's a bar on board that takes cards.
Weather
The skipper holds the boat for wind over 25 km/h, lightning within 10 km, or fog. You're moved to another sailing.
Safety
Every boat is SAMSA-certified, with a licensed skipper, a first officer and a safety briefing before you leave the jetty.
Access
The jetty and the toilets on board aren't wheelchair-friendly. Call before you book and we'll talk it through.
What people ask
When do the cruises sail?
The one-hour cruise leaves at 11:00, 12:15, 13:30, 14:45, 16:00 and 17:15, every day. The two-hour cruises on Danny Buoy and The Alba leave at 13:00 and 16:00, and at 10:00 on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
What's included?
The two-hour cruises include food: a buffet on Danny Buoy, plated platters on The Alba. The one-hour cruise is the cruise alone, so eat at the Beach Café before or after.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
No. Every boat is a licensed venue. There's a bar on board, and cocktails at Zanzibar before or after.
Can children come?
Children from six years old. Under-12s wear a life jacket for the whole cruise and under-16s need an adult with them. Child prices apply from 6 to 12.
Can I propose on board?
Yes, and plenty of people have. Tell us when you book.
Do you do group discounts?
For groups, schools and companies, yes. Send an enquiry with your numbers and we'll quote.
How do I pay?
By card when you book online. On the day there are card machines on every boat and at the harbour, and cash is fine too.
What if the weather turns?
The skipper won't sail in strong wind, lightning or fog. You'll be offered another sailing or a voucher.
